As fractional CMO for KB Luxury Group, I built the full marketing infrastructure from zero: content strategy across five pillars, reporting frameworks, compliance-safe email sequences, campaign workflows, and operational templates that allow a lean team (one content creator plus the founder) to execute consistently across paid and organic channels in the luxury group travel space.For HeatSense, I developed the brand's content foundation, including FDA-compliant language guidelines, four distinct audience personas calibrated by emotional starting point and professional context, and a brand voice system that positions a wearable tech startup in a new category ("heat readiness") without triggering medical device classification.Both engagements reflect the same approach: strategy-first systems that let small teams operate at enterprise quality without enterprise headcount.

We also partnered with Facebook as they Launched their facebook live product as the first company to leverage the product in a live event campaign. drawing 4M live views over the campaign.
